The day begins in one of the panoramic terraces at La Rosa dei Venti Club, where a rich buffet breakfast is served. Almond biscuits, fresh fruit and artisan cakes: you will discover the authentic flavors of the island.

The real gem is the swimming pool, from which many water pathways and little waterfalls unfold themselves in the mediterranean garden. Built in jigsaw, embedded in between massive typical stones, it is the heart of the resort.

The mediterranean garden runs along the entire resort and its pathways.
It began in the 90’ when the first Washington Palms appeared, while today it perks thousands of succulents, from Alexander Palms to Chicas, from Agave Attenuata to Buganvillas and many more. It is worth of mention tropical fruit trees as papaya, banana tree, mango, pomegranate, and the mulberry, typically Sicilian. Instead, typical of Lampedusa are the caper tree and the wild fennel, important ingredients employed in the typical cuisine on Lampedusa. In the garden, embedded in typical stone, it’s hidden the jacuzzi.

Il Curtigghio

In our local dialect ‘Curtigghio’ means ‘The Courtyard’, that is the place where people chat. It is an informal magical place, full of life and simplicity. That’s exactly what distinguishes us even during dinner: conviviality. You will be welcomed in an elegant yet informal way, basically it’s like being at friends’ place.
Not casually, dinner is served on massive round tables in open air creating a friendly atmosphere, typical of who spends the night at friends’ house, tasting the chef’s delicacies. Local products and obviously fish and seafood are served with biologic Sicilian wine and French sparkling wines, as well as passito, cannella (cinnamon), limoncello and homemade finocchietto liquor prepared by our chef.
